Ever thought what makes a wedding all lively, glimmering, high-spirited and a such a soul-stirring ceremony? Well, of course, its an amalgamation of various elements such as the mouth-watering food, the decor, etc. But you know the one thing that makes a wedding more special is the sheer love and happiness that pours out from everyone’s heart. It is this love and affection that went into bringing these souls together in the most heartwarming way.
Pratik’s and Megha’s wedding kickstarted with Sangeet ceremony which was exactly how a royal Sangeet should be- classic, elegant, and jazzy at the same time. The Sangeet and the engagement ceremony was amped with perfect lighting, a plethora of hearty performances, scrumptious food ,loads of dancing and with the bride and groom exchanging the rings. The night was indeed one grand party with unstoppable feets. With her outstanding jewelry, golden outfit and a radiant highlighted look, Megha stole all the hearts at the sangeet ceremony. Neha Kakkar’s surprise performance at the Sangeet ceremony was like a cherry on the cake.
The Sangeet and Engagement was followed by a colorful and vibrant Mehendi ceremony beside a pool. Floral decoration was the theme for the ceremony which was accompanied by electrifying hues of pink, blue, yellow and orange. Other quirky elements like the colorful umbrellas, the floral auto-rickshaw made the ceremony even more cheerful with off-course a lot of dancing. The Mehendi design was the showstopper of the ceremony where Megha etched Prateek name on her hand Forever..!! The flamboyant Mehendi ceremony was followed by a simple yet emotional Haldi and Shagun ceremony.
Then was the time for their wedding, the D-day. Pratik gave a dashing entry like a perfect Indian groom who came riding on the horse to marry her beautiful Indian Bride. And the “Baraat dance”, how we can forget that? This was the most fun part of the entire wedding. The Mandap was magnificent with flower drapes of rose and chameli hanging from the ceiling. For the wedding, Pratik wore a brown sherwani with a red dupatta looking all crisp and debonair. Megha, on the other hand, wore a Red Lehenga with golden work which was accompanied by a jaw-dropping huge choker neck piece. She looked absolutely stunning in her bridal aura. The wedding was marked by the presence of famous actors from film fraternity like Jimmy Shergill, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff.
Then comes the most difficult and the most emotional moment of the wedding the “Vidaai”. Megha was very emotional while Pratik like a perfect husband took care of her wifey.
Their wedding reception in Delhi was a majestic event with even a more majestic entry where Partik and Megha entered on a beautiful chariot which was led by musicians and some very beautiful ladies in white.
Not one but the couple hosted two wedding Reception. The second Reception at Ahmedabad IPS mess was themed all white- the white decoration, white stage, the entrance, the lawn, and everything else. The wedding was graced by the presence of eminent Bollywood celebrity Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani. This marks the end of a beautiful wedding, we wish the couple a very happy wedding and we hope the love keeps growing and last till eternity.
